Ryan Mamerow has been guiding clients towards a healthier lifestyle since 2012.


In addition to working as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist in the north and northwest Chicago suburbs, Ryan has a Bachelors in Exercise Science from North Central College and a Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology from Benedictine University.


Ryan prides himself on creating truly unique and result-based exercise programs for those looking to work on themselves.
